GIC-E02 – Compound Enzyme for Growing-Finishing Pigs

For Optimal Animal Nutrition

Special Compound Enzyme for Growing-Finishing Pigs

GIC-E02 is a specialized compound enzyme developed for growing-finishing pigs. It’s formulated based on their unique digestive physiology and typical dietary needs. This enzyme blend boasts a well-balanced enzyme spectrum, strong specificity, excellent stability, and high efficiency in practical applications.

Digestive Physiological Conditions and Challenges in Growing-Finishing Pigs:

  • Mature digestive system
  • Rapid weight gain
  • High feed intake and high nutritional requirements
  • Diets often contain more indigestible, plant-based raw materials

Ingredients

Cellulase, pectinase, xylanase, beta-glucanase, beta-mannanase, phytase, and protease.

Product Features

  1. Non-starch polysaccharide (NSP) enzyme profile designed for common raw materials in growing-finishing pig diets. Plant raw materials like wheat and soybean meal contain NSP (e.g., xylan, beta-glucan, beta-mannan). These are difficult to digest and hinder the absorption of other nutrients by increasing chyme viscosity.
    • Xylanase: Breaks down xylan, reduces intestinal viscosity, and promotes nutrient absorption.
    • beta-Glucanase: Degrades beta-glucan to improve energy utilization.
    • beta-Mannanase: Breaks down beta-mannan in soybean meal, reduces intestinal flatulence, and improves fecal morphology.
  2. Scientific formulation to release potential nutrients.
    • Cellulase and Pectinase: Degrade plant cell wall structures to release encapsulated nutrients (e.g., starch, proteins).
    • Phytase: Breaks down phytate to release phosphorus, reducing the need for inorganic phosphorus supplementation and lowering feed costs.
    • Protease: Degrades plant protein antigens, improves amino acid absorption, and reduces nitrogen emissions.
  3. Single enzymes fermented with excellent strains, ensuring good animal adaptability and high biological potency.
    • High activity at animal body temperature.
    • Optimal pH values match the pH of chyme in the corresponding digestive tract.
    • High enzymatic hydrolysis efficiency for substrates.

Product Functions

  • Increases weight gain and reduces feed conversion ratio (FCR).
  • Reduces animal farming costs.
  • Decreases nitrogen and phosphorus emissions, thereby reducing environmental pollution.
