GIC-EO1 – Compound Enzyme for Piglets

Just do what’s best for animal nutrition.

GIC-E01

Compound Enzyme for Piglets

GIC-E01 is a special compound enzyme developed for piglets based on their digestive physiological characteristics and dietary types. It features a reasonable enzyme spectrum, strong specificity, good stability, and high efficiency in practical applications.

Digestive Physiological Conditions and Problems in Piglets

  • Immature digestive system and insufficient secretion of endogenous enzymes in piglets.
  • The digestive system cannot fully decompose complex components in feed.
  • High diarrhea rate.
  • Poor immunity and growth are affected by weaning stress.

INGREDIENTS

Protease, lipase, amylase, cellulase, pectinase, xylanase, ẞ-glucanase, ẞ-mannanase, and phytase.

PRODUCT FEATURES

1. Digestive enzymes are added to supplement the deficiency of endogenous enzymes (such as protease and amylase) in the digestive tract of piglets, working synergistically to effectively improve feed digestion and utilization rates.

2. Design of non-starch polysaccharide enzyme spectrum based on common raw materials in piglet diets.

Plant raw materials such as wheat and soybean meal contain NSP (e.g., xylan, B-glucan, ẞ-mannan), which are difficult to digest and hinder the absorption of other nutrients by increasing chyme viscosity.

  • Xylanase: Breaks down xylan, reduces intestinal viscosity, and promotes nutrient absorption.
  • B-Glucanase: Degrades B-glucan to improve energy utilization.
  • B-Mannanase: Breaks down ẞ-mannan in soybean meal, reduces intestinal flatulence, and improves fecal morphology.

3. Scientific formulation to release potential nutrients.

  • Cellulase and pectinase: Degrade plant cell wall structures to release encapsulated nutrients
  • (e.g., starch, proteins).
  • Phytase: Breaks down phytate to release phosphorus, reducing inorganic phosphorus supplementation and feed costs.
  • Protease: Degrades plant protein antigens, improves amino acid absorption, and reduces nitrogen emissions.

4. Single enzymes are fermented with excellent strains, having good animal adaptability and high biological potency.

  • High activity at animal body temperature.
  • Optimal pH values match the pH of chyme in the corresponding digestive tract.
  • High enzymatic hydrolysis efficiency for substrates.
